1 Disco Call
+ All HRI projects begin with a complimentary 15 minute Discovery Call.
+ If its a fit on both ends - we will book you in for an in-person or virtual Design Consultation.
4 Final Design
+ Final details are confirmed including updated drawings, interior renderings, confirmed selections and finalizing the project product list with vendors and pricing.
+ Once costs are approved, we will move forward with getting items ordered and work scheduled.
Depending on the involvement of HRI, you, your contractor or builder may already be taking care of the material ordering + trade scheduling.
3 Prelim Design
+ We start by creating a conceptual mood board to use as our north star for all design decisions.
+ During this phase, we develop preliminary sketches, floor plans, furniture layouts, materiality and selections.
+ Occasional in-person or digital meetings may be required throughout the process.
2 Design Consult
+ Prior-to your Design Consultation, we will ask you to send us any existing floorplans and inspiration you have for your project to get a feel for your space and style.
+ During this 2 hour in-person or virtual consultation, we will go through a series of questions about your space, your project and yourself. We will take photos and answer questions along the way.
5 Procurement
+ The sourcing and ordering phase for furniture and preliminary decor begins.
+ Vision boards and fabric samples will be provided to request approval for ordering items.
+ Items will be ordered, tracked and received by HRI prior to installation day.
6 Construction + Install
+ If HRI is organizing the ordering and scheduling, a trades-day will be booked so all contractors can confirm measurements prior-to construction start on-site.
+ Once construction is complete, we will conduct a thorough walk-through with you to address and rectify any deficiencies along the way.
+ Once construction has been completed, we will coordinate an install window period to install furniture, artwork or any other decorative items.
